DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

I. FORM OF DELIVERY

• We will have staff deliver directly to you.
• Or we cooperate with a third party (express delivery) to deliver to you.

II. CONTENT

1/ Delivery staff

• Within a radius of 5km, our staff will deliver directly to you.
• Time: within 3 days from order confirmation. Time frame from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm daily.
• Delivery cost: agreed between the two parties.

2/ Third party carrier

• Transport goods nationwide.
• Delivery method: we choose a reputable third party express delivery unit to deliver to you.
• Delivery time to customer requested location according to service provider's delivery time criteria.
• Delivery cost: according to the cost of the third party shipping unit. The customer pays the shipping fee or according to other agreements between the parties.

III. GENERAL POLICY

• Please check the goods before receiving. After signing to confirm receipt of the goods, we are not responsible for any deficiencies or complaints later.
• Payment method: according to payment method agreement between the parties.
• Warranty policy: according to the warranty policy attached to the contract (if any).
• Goods will come with warranty card (if any), product information, and other documents (if any).
• VAT invoice issued by SMAVT INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD sent to your email.
• In case of delay in delivery, we will notify you via email and phone. If you want a refund, we will refund you.
